About Josh
Born and raised in New Orleans, Josh Fogarty grew up in a mid-1800s house in the historic Garden District. Josh’s passion for real estate began at a young age. The sweeping 16 ft. ceilings and Victorian architecture that’s commonplace in New Orleans sparked a passion for preserving the character and charm of his beloved hometown. Hard work and charisma led Josh to become a specialist in all aspects of real estate, accumulating vast knowledge in the investment field.
Josh also manages a personal portfolio in both residential and commercial real estate across the city and is settling into his new home after a two-year backpacking trip around the world with his wife, Kaitlyn.
My wife and I recently welcomed our beautiful daughter, Charlotte, into our family and I’m looking forward to the future here in this wonderful city I call home.
